Joe Gulley Walking Trail Milling and Overlay Joe Gulley Park 391 Bellaire Bivd. Kenedy, TX. 78119 Project limits are approximately 60,750 SQ FT of the existing walking trail. Project is going to consist of a 2 mill/planing and 2 overlay, and to recompact or replace existing base as needed. Prime tack shall be applied to all base and concrete surfaces and edges for bonding.

Primary items of work include the construction of a new walking trail around the existing fields within the complex. This walking trail is 2022 Recreational Trails Program Project No. 22-RTP-362 and Lauderdale County Bid No. 3954.
