The attached sole source justification, outlines the Contracting Officers justification and reasoning to award a sole source award to SDEDA.This is a Sole Source Justification supporting the awarding of a Blanket Purchase Agreement to SDEDA at Ellsworth AFB, SD. No other businesses with active SAM registration within the immediate commuting area around Ellsworth AFB were found that are capable of fulfilling the requirement set forth by the SOW.
