RFP KBH Steam Plant Retrofits - Architectural & Engineering Services Project Description :IH requires a Managing Consultant (Mechanical Engineer) to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the design and construction of the Steam Plant Retrofits and Energy Conservation Measures located at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBH), in Trail, British Columbia, using Design Bid Build as the method of construction contract.
Work of this Contract comprises renovation of the domestic hot water heating system, located at the main boiler room of Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital; and identified as KBH Steam Plant Retrofit ECM#7 - Air to Water Heat Pump. Project Description: Install new air to water heat pump in main boiler room, complete with double wall heat exchanger, to heat the domestic hot water (DHW).
