The existing fencing at the Lighthouse is in need of repair. Many pickets needs replacing. It is believed that some of the fence posts and cross beams are in good shape and may be reused. Metal supports need rust repair or replacement.

The existing irrigation system at the Lighthouse is failing and in need of repair/replacement. Many of the sprinkler heads aren’t working. It is believed that most of the underground piping is in good shape and may be reused, but they need to be tested and verified.
