The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to to furnish: MICROSCOPE SYSTEM A specialized Keyence digital microscope system that will be used by multiple programs, including both internal and external. This microscope has best-in-class digital controls, automation, and a large stand-off distance necessary for our work with non-flat substrates.

This requirement is a BRAND name or Equal requirement for Keyence Digital Microscope (Part Number VHX-970FN or Equal) at Sheppard AFB, Texas.
