This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Brand Name or Equal basis for hardware and software manufactured by Keysight Technologies, Inc. NSWCDD currently uses MVG-Orbit Anechoic Chambers to perform testing. A Keysight PNA-X Measurement Receiver is used during the chamber options to collect and analyze the test data.
The Keysight Test Equity Spectrum integrates and functions with existing E25 laboratory equipment and does not require extensive software engineering efforts to develop, test, and verify functionality.
