The Firm shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary for installation.
This project is for landscaping, irrigation and the installation of pavers at the entry of the Rich King Memorial Greenway .

MARTA is in the planning process for Transit Oriented Development (TOD) behind the King Memorial Transit Station. When the TOD is completed, the Grant Street Tunnel will be the sole pedestrian gateway to the King Memorial Station for TOD residents and business patrons.
Project Description: The King building was built in 1966 and is approximately 29,000 square feet. An assessment of the conditions will need to be conducted of the exterior walls and windows, in order to ascertain the scope of repairs required. Memorial Hall was built in 1971 and is 12,400 square feet.

In addition, there are two (2) sets of three (3) and two (2) sets of two (2) hydraulic bollards located at the Lincoln Memorial (LIME) and one (1) set of two (2) at the Martin Luther King Memorial (MLK). These are operated by hydraulic pumps located under the bollards. These bollards provide access to vehicles in case of emergencies and maintenance vehicles needing access to the Monument.
