The SOA will provide King Salmon Airport runway maintenance and operations. This acquisition will be made under Other Than Full and Open Competition per 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). This requirement includes snow removal, ice abatement, foreign object debris (FOD) removal and vegetation control. The SOA owns the land and resources needed for this requirement.
