The primary objective of this program is to expand an existing DC microgrid at Kirtland AFB to provide enhanced capability to the Kirtland AFB mission set and to perform research and development (R&D) to better understand how DC microgrids can benefit the Air Force and DoD. Specifically, the Air Force is interested in enhanced energy resiliency at Kirtland AFB.
INTRODUCTION: This is the initial step in the planning process for Kirtland AFB Linen Laundering Services.The 377th Mission Support Group at Kirtland Air Force Base seeks sources to provide laundering services to Kirtland AFB Lodging, the 377th Medical Group (MDG), and two Child Development Centers (CDC).
