THE HAZARDOUS ANALYSIS CONTROL POINTS (HACCP) PLAN: The contractor shall demonstrate compliance with performance standards by showing process adherences to an appropriately designed validated HACCP plan. The contractor shall provide valid HACCP plan to the VA San Diego and VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare Systems upon request.
