Procurement of Spectrum Analyzers compatible with current U.S. Army Program of Record system, the Electronic Warfare Planning and Management (EWPMT). The spectrum analyzer must be able to monitor up to SuperHigh Frequencies (KU Band) up to 26.5 Ghz.
