This justification provides the rationale for contracting by other than full and open competition to award a sole-source contract to TTTech North America Inc for the acquisition of TTTech TTE-Switch Lab Space Switches. Time Triggered Ethernet is a safety critical, deterministic protocol utilized for high criticality systems such as human rated spacecraft.
Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for TTE-Switch Lab Space. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to TTTech North America, Inc., 300 Brickstone Square, Suite 1003, Andover, MA 01810 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that TTTech North America Inc is the sole provider of TTE-Switch Lab Space.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
