The contractor shall provide an Accreditation Certificate and Scope of Accreditation for each TARDEC Laboratory meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and contractor specific policies. The contractor must have international ISO/IEC 17011 recognition maintained through the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA).
