Army Corps of Engineers, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB), for the supply, installation, and testing at Lake Cumberland for solar panel photovoltaic arrays with back-up energy resiliency system at a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) facility.
