The Contractor shall supply refuse dumpsters and fish cleaning station collection baskets, remove refuse, clean, service and maintain sanitary conditions at all refuse dumpsters and fish cleaning stations in accordance with specifications, drawings and schedules contained herein.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse services at Rathbun Lake Iowa. The contractor shall adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.
