The US Government is seeking 150 acres of hardscape land for lease to FEMA for an 18 month lease term under GS-07P-LTX00764. The land should be located within the following boundaries:North - HWY 290East - HWY 77South - I-10West - I-35The land will be for staging of MHU and travel trailers.
Renewal can be granted after satisfactory use of the land during the lease period and upon written intended use of the land for the next 12 months that meets the above requirements. Upon the end and/or termination of the lease along with no renewal the individual or entity whose lease is ending shall stabilize any soil with fescue.
