The City of Coconut Creek Public Works department is hereby soliciting written quotes for Auditing Services for Limited Waste Tonnage Limitations at the Monarch Hill Landfill. The approximately 500 acre facility is known as the Central Disposal Sanitary or Monarch Hill Landfill.
This proposal will be for 2024 and 2025 services with an option to renew for an additional 2 years. Services for each year include the semi-annual report due on January 15th of the following year. BACKGROUND Boone County- Belvidere Municipal Landfill #2 operations began in 1974 and expanded in phases throughout the 1980s. By 1993, all phases of the Landfill had received final cover and final closure was achieved in 1994.
The County, after receipt of a properly completed invoice or receipt and acceptance of the property or service whichever is later, will make payment within thirty (30) days. Service Request: Vendor shall render service requests in accordance with Scope of Services by an Authorized County Representative. Quality Level: Unless otherwise indicated in the Request for Bid, all materials shall be first quality.
