Forest Service intends to award a single source contract to Idaho Power Company PO Box 70 Boise, ID 83707 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the delivery and purchase of diesel fuel for Forest Service jet boat use at Pittsburg Landing Boat Launch on the Snake River in the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area.
