Chicago, IL to Landmark of Richton Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. The purpose of this Special Notice is to post the Government s intent to sole source. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items. The resultant contract will consist of a five-year ordering period with an anticipated award date of October 1, 2022.
