The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of The Riverside County Transportation Department (RCTD) will act as lead Agency and is seeking Proposals from qualified Landscape Architecture Firms (LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT) to provide On-Call Landscape Architecture Plan Checking, Landscape Construction Inspection, and General Landscape Architecture Services.
