The City requires various chemicals for the City's landscape maintenance and is looking for a Contractor to furnish the specified items on an as needed basis.

The Port of Vancouver's Landscape Maintenance contract provides for landscaping services to keep grounds in a professional manner, demonstrating environmental consideration and ensuring impeccable appearance to the public. Work includes mowing and edging, leaf and litter removal, weed control and general grubbing or pruning of designated areas.

The work involved is in the Park Landscape Maintenance Services consisting of maintenance and repair of all plant material, ground cover, irrigation, and cleaning of all park facilities excluding building interiors. A listing of sites for each landscape maintenance area of responsibility has been included in the Appendix section of this Specification and Request for Qualifications.

About this Request: CCLBA will hold real property, which may include vacant lots, single family homes, multifamily residential property, commercial properties, industrial properties, or other real estate. During the time that the property is under the care and control of the CCLBA, the CCLBA will be responsible for maintaining the property according to local codes / ordinances.
