The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: a new Gazebo, landscape lighting, and landscape irrigation and drainage. This scope of work is Phase 1 of 2 phases. Future phases will be separately procured and include the demolition and construction of the pool house as well as improvements to the surrounding area.
