The 633d contracting Squadron, 14 Burrell Street, Bldg. 67 Langley AFB, VA requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing tables and tents rental for the Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show Expo (5-7 May 2023) that are identified in Performance Work Statement (PWS). All items shall be in serviceable condition.
This sources sought is to survey the marketplace for vendor capability and interest in helping Langley AFB's 1st Fighter Wing procure 5,000 gallons of of Av Gas (100LL) for the Airshow scheduled for 5-8 May 2023.
In support of the 2018 Air and Space Expo (Airshow), Langley AFB requires a 750 gallon refueler and transport truck.The 750 gallon refueler with driver will be provided at Langley AFB, VA by 1500 on 17 May, 2018. The contractor will arrange for the 750 gallon refueler to be place in place until the afternoon of 21 May, 2018.
In support of the Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show, a shuttle bus service between the Hampton Coliseum to Langley AFB will be provided via private contractor. Transportation will begin on Saturday, 6 May 2023 and end on Sunday, 7 May 2023.

Luke Air Force Base is seeking a “turnkey” airshow operation, where a company would provide production services and equipment required to produce, promote, manage and execute our air show from parking, port-a-potties, bussing, tents, trash, food vendors, air acts, announcers, sound, visual effect, etc. We expect that this company would not only manage our show more effectively, but they would also make profit on the event.
