Description The New York City (the “City”) Department of Design and Construction (“DDC” or the “Department”) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (“PQL”) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction work on various capital construction projects.

The role of an Independent Representative Compliance Architect (IRCA) is critical to the successful implementation of large construction projects.
