A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) will not be required for this project.The construction contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Las Vegas Central Utility Drain Lines Replacement in accordance with RFP documents for VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.

Scope of Work includes the installation of a new cooling tower unit and related interface with existing central plant systems. Utility installation includes extension of existing and installation of new mechanical, plumbing and electrical utilities for the ground mounted unit and connection to the existing central plant. Utility installations are above grade and below grade.
