NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Praxair Surface Technologies, Inc. 1500 Polco St Indianapolis IND 46222 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Praxair Technologies, Inc. is the sole provider of NiTi-1Hf Laser powder and hipped billets. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
