Construction work to include clearing/grubbing, site grading, Redi-rock block installation, shoreline restoration, kayak launch construction, site restoration and other misc items. Proposals will be received at the City Clerk’s office, City Hall, 174 E Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc WI 53066 until 1 pm on Thursday, November 3, 2022. Proposals shall be marked “Construction Management for Rockwell Park Phase I”.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, earth excavation and placement, stone toe rip-rap bank shoreline treatment, in-lake geogrid removal, removal and replacement of an asphalt and concrete walk-in canoe access launch, and restoration of all disturbed areas. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: Grant Woods Forest Preserve West Lake Shore Drive, between Rollins and Fairfield Roads Ingleside, Illinois
