Design, develop, test and implement new functionality to support the Army Law Enforcement mission under USACID’s expanding role in the law enforcement community.IT services are required at two separate locations. The production environment resides in a government facility located at the Russell Knox Building in Quantico, VA.
The Maine Criminal Justice Academy (MCJA) provides training for law enforcement officers throughout the State of Maine. The MCJA does not have staff to fill the necessary cadre roles to successfully provide the training. The cadre for these training courses is certified law enforcement officers provided from various law enforcement agencies.
This solicitation is for the purchase of role player services to be provided for law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center located at Cheltenham, Maryland. The resulting award will be a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Services will be required immediately following award as scheduled training begins in October 2020.
