Lead Paint Inspection/Risk Assessments Including Clearance Examination The firm will be responsible for providing Lead Paint Inspection/Risk Assessments services for residential housing units including Clearance Examination. The City of Scranton is interested in undertaking lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments, in targeted single-family occupied dwelling units, built before 1978 and in which a child under the age of 6 years or pregnant woman resides, throughout the city. The city also plans to undertake a targeted outreach campaign to educate residents on the risk of exposure to lead. This RFP does not cover lead remediation activities.3.
