PROJECT MANAGEMENT CULTURE SERVICES Project Description :DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:Manitoba Hydro requires the provision of professional services for Manitoba Hydro’s Project Management division, including leadership coaching and strategic support, organizational change coaching and facilitation, project team culture review as well as design and facilitation of trust building events.
Qualified vendors will have direct experience with small and large meeting facilitation, employee leadership development and coaching practices, consulting services, and/or training development and delivery related to leadership, homelessness, housing practices, and group process. Funding sources may include Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and/or American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Additionally, Shoreline Collaborative has engaged Social Policy and Projects in specialized work that included conflict transformation training, leadership coaching, conflict coaching and facilitation of a two-day All Staff meeting on the Equity Road Map. The contract is valued at approximately $28,400 CAD.
