The City of Tucson is requesting quotes from qualified firm(s) for the purpose of establishing a Service Agreement to provide a variety of services related to Employee & Leadership Development opportunities for City of Tucson employees. These opportunities shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, training sessions, facilitated development sessions, small and large group workshops, keynote speaking, and coaching sessions.
Proposers are requested to provide learning experiences that address effective leadership and management practices within a diverse workforce. The learning experiences and competencies should be rooted in adult learning principles and based on researched best practices. The competencies we’re interested in include, but are not limited to: Performance management and evaluation; Social intelligence; Emotional Intelligence; Inclusiveness; Coaching.

Funding sources may include Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and/or American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
