The District's intent is to develop a contract with qualified firms to provide information-rich staff development and leadership training workshops, materials, and consulting services, which will build the knowledge and skills of District administrators, educators, and staff.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm fixed- price contract to Integral Advantage, Inc. for non-personal services that includes ATF leadership training courses (ATF Introductory Leadership Training Course and ATF Mid-Level Leadership Training Course) to be revised and facilitated via in-person classroom training.

Additionally, attachment 1 - SOW has been amended to clarify the timeline for this training as referenced in attachment 4. The above-mentioned number shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This will be a one-time service.

One of the services ILEAD provides is training courses in the most effective, efficient means possible. As such, ILEAD has a requirement to provide leadership courses to VHA staff in VISNs and Medical Centers (MCs) to avoid having them purchase each course and its necessary materials separately. To ensure this requirement is met, ILEAD has determined a central platform for leadership and personal development-based training courses is needed.

The Leadership Under Fire Course is designed collaboratively using military-based training strategies focused on leadership, character, communication, decisiveness, teamwork and adaptability based on the following: Leadership Training Ivey’s HBA and MBA programs are the target group for this experiential leadership training that is intended to stretch students mentally, physically and emotionally. There are typically 40 students per session.
