The sources sought is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify industrial capabilities that might exist in order to support an upcoming requirement for the lease of a barge with a crane with a minimum lifting capacity of 176,000 lbs at minimum of 72.5 feet from the edge of the barge to perform 4 lifts at the south end of a dry dock.
The intent of this contract is to provide the delivery, lease and pick up of a barge to Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of Marshall Islands for a one hundred twenty (120) day lease with the potential of two (2), one (1) month option periods not to exceed one hundred and eighty (180) days.
