GSA seeks to lease office space per the attached documents. Please review the Request for Lease Proposals (and all its pertinents Exhibits): The Request for Lease Proposals ("RLP") sets forth instructions and requirements for proposals for a Lease described in the RLP documents. Proposals conforming to the RLP requirements will be evaluated in accordance with the Method of Award set forth herein to select an Offeror for award.

A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year) flood plain.

To be awarded a lease in response to a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP), the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov. It is strongly recommended that potential offerors register, verify, and/or renew their SAM registration on SAM.gov as soon as possible. The registration shall be set up for “All Awards”, with NAICS code 531120 in order to be acceptable for lease award.

Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Cincinnati, OH that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous.

To submit an offer in response to the Request for Lease Proposal, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov Unsolicited offers must confirm they are within the delineated area and not within 100 or 500 year flood plain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offers. All offers must be submitted no later than April 29, 2024 to be considered.
