The United States Postal Service (Postal Service) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for the purposes of conducting a market survey and prequalifying potential suppliers.  The primary objective of the RFI is to identify and analyze supplier capabilities in specific locations. The Postal Service’s operational objective is to lease trailers with local suppliers in order to allow the Postal Service to transport mail.

Under Direct Lease, FEMA is seeking property portfolios readily available to lease to FEMA. Eligible properties must adhere to all local, state, and federal codes/standards.
