Summary of the out grant terms and conditions: Lease period will be for a term of five (5) years. Cost of lease property will be at a minimum equal to fair market value. Grantee must be able to meet all conditions in the attached lease template. Lease will be at no cost to the United States Air Force. Grantee will be responsible for all administrative costs associated with the lease.
Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal proposals for an easement/sale of lease revenue in connection with an AT&T lease, T-Mobile sublease, and DISH sublease located on a portion of the City of Rio Rancho’s property that is primarily used as a public park at 440 Sugar Park Road, SE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87142.
