The proposed project will allow OIT to centralize management of telephone services and accomplish its goal of reducing overall telecommunications expenses.This requirement is for LEC services for VA facilities in multiple states throughout the United States.
These LEC services consist of: Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS), Primary Rate Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) (PRI) service, Direct Inward Dialing (DID)/DOD (blocks of 20), and Caller ID feature PRI Circuit at the VA Servcie Delivery Points. The Contractor shall provide telecommunication services at the facilities 24 hours per day, seven days per week with maximum service availability.
