The City seeks services encompassing the traditional scope of work including legal counsel, opinions, consultation and coordination with special counsel. Attendance at Council meetings is required. City meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month excluding holidays. Attendance at various other meetings may be required occasionally. This position will not include prosecuting services.

The Attorney or Law Firm will provide municipal legal services in the capacity of Town Attorney and serve as the Chief legal counsel/advisor to the Board of Commissioners and Town Staff, inclusive of Town advisory boards and committees.

LEGAL SERVICES AS BOND COUNSEL OR UNDERWRITER’S COUNSEL The City of Boston, Massachusetts (the “City”), acting by and through its Chief Financial Officer and Collector-Treasurer (the “Official”), is requesting the submission of qualifications (“Responses”) from nationally recognized and qualified law firms (“Firms”) interested in serving as Bond Counsel for the City, as more particularly set forth in the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for External Legal Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
