BackgroundThe Library of Congress (Library or LOC), Financial Services Directorate (FSD) provides policy direction, review, and coordination of all budgetary and financial activities of the Library, including the administration of financial management systems. The Contractor(s) shall provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system services to support the Legislative Branch Financial Management System (LBFMS) Momentum and Maximo in a software / infrastructure as a service environment. The software, Momentum Financials Plus, was licensed to the Library in 2003 for a 30-year term license in a competitive solicitation which expires on 9/24/2033.
