The Department of Homeland Security, office of the Chief Information Officer, Information Sharing and Services Officer requires the softwared application Internet Quorum Licenses and product support offered by LEIDOS.

The proposed action is for Regeneration Software for a Leidos Oily Waste Membrane System with an option for a Trip Report and Software Adjustments.  Leidos is the only source, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).  The basis for restricting competition is for the following reason: Leidos is the sole source for software adjustments to their Oily Waste Membrane Systems. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Leidos AIMES suite is a critical toolset used is both a battleproven MI solution and a critical enabler for intelligence enterprises and is a part of the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) fielded baselines. The Leidos AIMES Software Suite License and Maintenance Support will be used to support the DCGS-A.
