The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, and care services to include medical, behavior management, safety, case management, nutritional, and recreational/leisure services.
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Leisure Services, Facility Management, Public Administration or a related field; and two (2) years of experience in a professional-level year round recreation work including programming and coordinating recreation activities, or six (6) years experience in parks/recreation/special event management/operation or experience in sports facility management and operations

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Recreation/Parks or a related field required, Master’s degree a plus. 3-5 years of increasingly responsible management and operations experience within a municipal leisure services agency desired. Certification as a Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) a plus and Aquatic Facility Operator required (within one year of employment).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED College training in park management, outdoor recreation, leisure studies, forest recreation, natural resources management, public administration or a closely related field may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equalling one half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree.
