This is a Special Notice to all National Institutes of Health (NIH) contractors that require facility access to NIH buildings and federal facilities. In accordance with Safer Federal Workforce guidance and the HHS sam.gov notice, NIH is utilizing its discretion by establishing the attached plan for execution of attestation of vaccination or showing proof of a negative COVID-19 test result by onsite contractors.

The contractor is required to have all persons working on site to be security cleared at the level Facility Access with Escort, as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
