Over the last five (5) fiscal years, the City has received an average of 1,488 WC claims and 1,021 general and automobile liability claims per year. The WC claims are processed and adjusted by a Third- Party Administrator (TPA). The City is contracted with a 1305 Workers’ Compensation Healthcare Network (HCN) for medical cost containment. The ORM processes and adjusts the general liability and auto liability claims.
Claims for damages because of bodily injury or death of any person or property damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance or operation of any motor vehicle. The liability required shall include Contractual Liability applicable to contractors’ obligations. Certificates of Insurance acceptable to the owner shall be filed with the County prior to commencement of the work.

All coverage shall be continuously maintained to cover all liability, claims, demands, and other obligations assumed by the Contractor pursuant to the Contractor. In the case of any claims-made policy, the necessary retroactive dates and extended reporting periods shall be procured to maintain such continuous coverage.
Maintain commercial liability, bodily injury and property damage insurance against any claim(s), which might occur in carrying out the services, referenced in this RFP. Minimum coverage will be TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000) liability for bodily injury and property damage including product liability and completed operations. 3.
