The United States Government represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Liberia is seeking proposals for the Counter Verification and Quality Assessment of Liberia’s Health Service Delivery System activity as described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). USAID anticipates the award multiple awards for a performance period of three (3) year base and two (2) one (1) year option periods.

USAID/Liberia works closely with the Government of Liberia (GOL) and aligns its health sector assistance with the country’s priorities and goals. The U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), implemented by USAID and CDC, is a major component of the U.S. Government’s support to Liberia’s health sector. With annual funding of $14 million, PMI comprises nearly one quarter of USAID/Liberia’s total health assistance annually.
S/he will also work closely with Government of Liberia (GOL) counterparts: Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Agriculture (MOA), National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL) et al. on technical issues pertaining to infectious diseases with regard to the GHSA and One Health Platform-supported activities, as well as general capacity building and support as needed.
