Must offer a customizable patron interface with library branding. Must have Machine Readable Cataloging (MARC) records. Must be accessible via one platform. Must be able to provide password embedded URL’s for access through Library OPACS. Must be able to interface with the Air Force Portal, Army Knowledge Online (AKO), Marine Corps, Military OneSource, and Navy Digital Library (NDL).

The Library of Congress (Library), seeks contractor support to produce bags and other packaging supplies with Library of Congress branding to be sold in its gift shop. The Library will also require the Contractor to store the items and send them to the Library in interbals. The Library anticipates one firm fixed price award with a duration of 12-months along with a 6-month option term. This is a public competition.
