On May 31, 2023, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern occupational licensing fees for professions regulated by the Board of Pharmacy. The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on June 15, 2023, and will go into effect on July 15, 2023. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 247, October 2023 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
