The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Department of Public Safety (the State) is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for the Vermont Marijuana Registry’s licensing, auditing, and document management system (the Work) from qualified offerors.
The Office of Acquisition and Agreements Management (OAAM), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) on behalf of NIST/Center for Automotive Lightweighting (NCAL), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ANSYS, Inc (located at 2600 ANSYS Dr., Canonsburg, PA, 15317-0404), for renewed licensing agreements, including software maintenance, for the data management system (DMS) using ANSYS
Environmental Compliance Learning Management System proprietary Licensing and Maintenance, Hosting, Data Storage, Server, System and Network, Services and Maintenance, Updates, and Related Products and Services; ii. Training Module Licensing and Maintenance, Management, and Related Services; and iii. Training Content Development, Maintenance, Management, and Related Services.
The Government has a requirement for a Point of Care Testing (POCT) open data management system for EACH. The requirement includes annual licensing on three instruments: Clinitek, i-STAT, and SOFIA, used to test for patient care. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
