The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit a proven electronic testing vendor to develop and administer licensing exams for the Agents Licensing Division in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The cost for administering the examinations will be paid by the insurance applicant directly to the testing vendor.
