Scope: The project includes the rehabilitation of 5 lift station valve vaults and wet wells, new control panels, new pumps, new electrical service connections, and decommission of 1 lift station w/ bypass piping. B. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%.
The Project is located at Lift Station K (3300 East Dunne Avenue) and Lift Station F (17109 Holiday Drive) Morgan Hill, CA 95037, and is described as follows: Lift Station K & F Rehabilitation includes all work associated with rehabilitation of the sewer lift stations as shown on the plans including wet well rehab, electrical, paving, concrete slab, abandoning existing force main and/or slip lining as shown on plans.
Completion Date:May 31, 2025 Description: Description:The Fargo Street Department identified several storm sewer lift stations that are in need of repair and safety upgrades. The lift stations on this project include #3, #10 & #12.
See Appendix A – Map, to better understand the various locations of the lift stations across the County. Fifteen (15) lift stations require a control panel replacement, one (1) lift station requires installation of a new generator, and most lift stations require replacing miscellaneous materials.
Each lift station includes deep excavation with extensive dewatering, dry pit submersible non-clog wastewater pumps, in-channel grinders, equipment handling facilities, electrical power and control system, stand-by generator and transfer switch, HVAC systems and equipment, cast-in-place grinder vault, wet well, and dry pit, CMU building with equipment access area, electrical room, civil site and road improvements, and connections to a new gravity
