This contract also includes, but is not limited to software & site licenses related to these commodities. WISD is requesting proposals from vendors who offer discounts from their catalog, website or retail prices. However, if no discount is offered, WISD still encourages all vendors to respond to the bid proposal. It is the responsibility of the supplier to keep informed of any activities and addendums related to this bid opportunity.
The purpose of this contract is to help the Government manage and software licenses from numerous software contracts along with limited small purchases of software maintenance and licenses to meet the Government’s requirement for continuous software technical support, renewals, and licensing with manufacturer access to government required fixes, patches, and updates.
The Limted Sources Justification is provided in the attachment in compliance with FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(2).
